Lisa-Jane Stockwell, Trinity Lane Communications
“I have been an actor, broadcaster and media professional for 30 years. I have voiced literally thousands of voice-overs for radio, television, documentaries, animation, websites and message on hold (maybe even yours). And not only produced and anchored multiple breakfast radio programs, but I also write, record, edit, podcast, vlog and train industry professionals to use their own voice. My coaching utilises the techniques of the leading voice professionals as well as my extensive experience and continuing professional development. I teach voice and presentation skills in the Corporate and Government space, and at a tertiary level to students studying acting, broadcast journalism and film making. In addition, I have very successfully taught Speech and Drama at a leading Brisbane school.”
Chris Parsons, Presenter and producer
Chris Parsons’ TV career began with an ad in the paper, ‘’WANTED: TV Presenter, Gold Coast Lifestyle Show – must be presentable, have good communication skills and ability to remember lines’’. Unsure how many of those attributes he actually possessed, Chris drove down the highway and into a career that has become his absolute passion. A career that has seen him present and produce numerous episodes of popular travel shows ‘Queensland Weekender’, ‘The Great South East’ and ‘Creek to Coast’. In his travels there is barely a rock unturned and place he hasn’t discovered in this great state. And he has also had the opportunity to host numerous events and functions around Queensland including the Queensland Tourism Awards, the Tourism and Events Development Conference, the Southern Queensland Country Tourism Industry Conference as well as many Sporting events and festivals around the State. While Chris can regularly be seen on Queensland Weekender and hosting Gold Lotto each week, he is also the Ambassador for Bareboating in the Whitsundays and a commentator of the Queensland Ocean Swim Series.
